Led by Catherine Cameron, a communications executive and business leader with over 30 years of experience, our workshops blend strategic insight with a deep understanding of team dynamics, leadership, and organizational change. Catherine has built and led award-winning teams, coached executives through high-stakes transformation, and supported organizations navigating complexity, crisis, and growth.

Grounded in both academic study and professional practice, Catherine’s multidisciplinary education spans communications, psychology, DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion, and access), and negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation, as well as trauma-informed methodologies. Her customized workshops integrate this foundation with emotional intelligence, psychological insight, and experiential learning to create powerful, lasting impact. Also a certified art therapy practitioner and professional artist, with additional education in healing arts, she also brings a distinctive creative lens to leadership development, bridging logic and emotion, insight and imagination.
